..ZARINA n AZURA'S COOKIES..

Ok tis weekend wil be my KOI RAYA day! Hehe, me n sis Zarina dcide wan to make our 'handmade' koi raya bside we both buat our "KOI RAYA TUNJUK" tis year! @my ofis, i already order bout 8 kind of different 'koi', but not all in 100.. 50 here, 50 there.. N some more tis year i'll b celebrate at 2 houses, so i have to distribute different kind of cookies for 2 house!! N tis for xtra, lookin' forward to make 2 kind of it.. at las we both had choose to make;-
* CORNFLAKES BERMADU (its easier, i've done it for pas 3years)
* BISKUT PISTACHIO RANGUP (tis wan we needs helper- wil be Ery n Abg Rahim!)
We started from Friday nite, after breakin' our fast time. Dcide to do it @sis Zarina house, so i've to bring all da equipments include my mum's mixer!! (thanks mak, i love U!) 1st, tat nite we began wit da 'cornflakes brmadu'.. Senang ja, evryting.. cornflakes, almonds, sesame all we mixed up wit butter n madu tat we already make it melt b4..
Then, in a small paper cup.. we placed da admixture n straight we bake in just 5min for only to make da mixture solid.. (wah.. cam bg resepi blajaq buat biskut plak!!) After 2hours, we've done it n gets about 200 pieces.. Byk jgk, klu main tunjuk, kena la plak dlm RM30++..
Hehe :} n for da nex day.. today, we doin' da aaa 'biskut pistachio rangup'. Tis receipe also quit easy. 1st, we mixed da butter wit sugar, eggs n vanilla essence.. After da mixture looks fines, add up da dry ingredients (flour, bakin' soda, serbuk penaik n of course blended pistachio!!) Bleh tahan jgk, 100gm pistachio cost me around RM7..
After baked, for garnish.. we ask Ery n Abg Rahim to helped us.. They had to 'dip' da cookies in da melt chocolate n garnish it with pistachio.. Thank you Ery, Abg Rahim!! Huuhhh.. After 3hours we've had done wit all da dough n we get bout 300++ pieces..

Coz y, bcoz tis time we make it ourselves n its all looks success..
