For today nothin' much to do.. Pas Ery went to da ofis, buat housekeepin' sket.. I dcide wanted to baked a muffins tis afternoon. After takin' my bath, mkn roti 2keping+scramble eggs straight put all da ingredients on da table. (Las nite already ask Ery to company me to Giant, lookin' for all da stuffs!!)

After abah sending mak to her work place, i'm alone at house... (yeahh!!) So i take tis time to do my "OREO MUFFINS"...

But suddenly....

"Ajura.. Ajura, ini Aunty.."

Ala, i know who is tat... (quickly opened da door!)

"Mak xtarak ka..?"

"Mak dh p keja la Aunty, abah sudah antaq mak.."

"Ini Aunty mau kasik Tosai.. U ada rumah kan..?"

"xpalah Aunty..."

"Apa pasai, tarak mkn ka..?"

"Mkn.. xpa, klu rumah Aunty ada org! Xpa, satg pun boleh.."

"Skrg Aunty mau antaq. Pasai td Mahen (anak lelaki Aunty Maliga) punya kwn hotel ada mari. Skrg sudah balik, baru bleh kasi.."

"Oklah.."

Not even 5min, Aunty Maliga came back to my house wit a tray fulled of Indian foods.. Tosai ada, nasi tomato, kari ayam, kambing, dalca, ayam masak merah..!!

But who's goin' to eat all tis, no body at home now..!! Ayoyoo.... :P

Oklah never mind, go back to my xtivity for today first..

So, i get to try tis new receipe.. i get it from my online frens, he email it to me. Wanted to do someting different bcoz da ingredients includes a cup of milk.. tat makes da smells nice!!

Tis is da ingredients ok, check it out :-

INGREDIENTS

** 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour

** 1/2 cup sugar

** 2 tablespoon baking powder

** 1 1/4 cup butter

** 2 cup milk

** 2 eggs

** 40g Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped

** 60g dark chocolate chopped

METHODS

1. Mix flour, sugar n baking powder in medium bowl.
2 Cut in da butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Blend milk n eggs in a small bowl. Stir into flour mixture.
4. Gently stir in chopped cookies n chopped dark chocolate.
5. Spoon batter into greased or paper-line muffin trays.
6. Sprinkle wit more chopped dark chocolate.
7. Bake for 20-25min in 150cc or until toothpick
inserted near centres comes out clean.

Nah.. easy right! I've done it.. C da results...
